In La Paz (Bolivia) 10 lines with 36 stations, stretching more than 30km above the city were put into operation during the last few years. The installations are mostly used by daily commuters but attracting also big volumes of tourists thus have generated additional business opportunities and related jobs.

pre - contract 

We support and advise on the most suitable alignment, system selection and rough cost estimates. In order to realize a project, it is generally advantageous to conduct a pre-feasibility study followed by a more comprehensive feasibility study for authority bodies and funding institutions. Once the financial and political approval is given we generate tender - rfp documents, evaluate the incoming propoals together with principal and give guidance through to procurement process.

project execution

We draw on many years of expertise and support you in all matters and questions related to project management. We offer project management in its most efficient and target oriented manner from beginning to the end, always keeping the benefit of principal as priority number one. We take over the supervision on site and permanently support with advise and practical guidance.

after completion

After successful project completion, we support the start-up and related certification processes, as well as final inspections and testings. Supporting to obtain all permits required from authorities and mobilizing-train staff in order to allow a smooth transition from construction into operation mode.
Our first hand experience as well as the corresponding network is a decisive advantage and brings huge value to prinicpal. Our entire engagement will be compensated for principal at the point of concluding on a scope and price with any supplier already.
